Summer Reading is Almost Over :(
Hey kids, you’ve read it right: summer reading is over on Saturday, August 3.
We know, we know . . . we’re sad too.
HOWEVER, here are some positives!:
1) When the program ends, prizes will be awarded on Monday, August 5! YAY PRIZES! Don’t call us, we’ll call you!
2) Just because summer reading is done doesn’t mean the fun stops! The library has all sorts of events for young, old, middle-aged, millennials, gen-zers, toddlers, teens, kids, or just young at heart! Check out our events calendar for more!
3) It gives us time to plan even BETTER summer reading for 2025! The theme is “Color Our World” so you better practice your art techniques and brush up on some art history! I hear the library is a great place to start! ;p
4) Our I SPY challenge will be changed! I hear the next one is school related. The display case will ‘house’ four great literary colors of: loyal yellow, courageous red, brilliant blue, and gumptious green. XD
Thanks so much for participating on our summer reading program! We hope you stick around for all of the fun we have throughout the year! If not, see you Monday, June 2, 2025!
