Library Cards

Your gateway to books, eBooks, movies, and more!  Any resident of Pennsylvania can sign up for a Westmoreland Library Network card and use it at any of our member library locations.

Digital Card

To register for a digital card that grants access to our eBooks and eAudio collection only:

Visit this page and click the “register now” link.

You will need to enter your name, birth date, mailing address, and a unique email address.

The digital library card is only available to Pennsylvania residents over the age of 13 who do not already have a WLN library card.

 

Library Card

To get a library, visit us at Adams Memorial Library or Caldwell Memorial Library with the your driver’s license or state ID with your current address OR a driver’s license or state ID and proof of address (such as a utility bill).

For children under the age of 18. a parent or legal guardian will need to be present for the child to register for the account.
 
 
 
 

Digital Card for POWER Library E-Resource Access

To use the library resources on POWER Library, you will need either a public library card or an eCard

Visit this page and click the link appropriate to your age range (over 18 or under).

You will need to enter your name, birth date, mailing address, and a unique email address.

The free POWER Library eCard is only available to Pennsylvania residents who wish to have access the e-resources (databases) available from POWER Library.
