Daryln Brewer Hoffstot has observed the fields and forests of her Western Pennsylvania farm for thirty-five years.  She will share stories from her collection of twenty-seven essays that explores the birds, mammals, bees, fungi, trees, and other aspects of the natural world.  She will also read one of her newest essays, which was recently published in The Boston Globe.
