Home Food Preservation: Pressure Canning
Organization: Penn State Extension
Description: Best practices in home food pressure canning will be the focus of a Penn State Extension workshop being held on July 1st. Partisipants will learn the science behind pressure canning recommendations as well as the basics of using a pressure canner based on current USDA canning guidelines.

This is a hands-on workshop where participants will preserve a product. The cost is $15 and registration is required.
