Historic House Tour 2018
Organization: Westmoreland County Historical Society
Description: The Saturday tour features four houses designed by renowned local architect, Paul Amos Bartholomew and an extraordinary house – the core of which is 18th century log construction. It was added onto throughout the decades, resulting in a house that today is a showcase for antiques and collectibles.
Now in its 13th successful year, the tour has become a fall community favorite. The homes and lives of the people of Westmoreland County reflect the important role our county played in shaping the history of western Pennsylvania.
All ticket holders will receive a map with directions to each location and a keepsake booklet with historical information.
Advance sale tickets for the Saturday Tour are $25. Tickets will be available after August 1 at the Westmoreland County Historical Society office, 362 Sand Hill Road, Greensburg.
