Description: Kerry Cronin, a professor at Boston College and the director of the Lonergan Institute, will be the third and final presentation in the Saint Vincent College Office of Student Affairs LEARN Speakers Series at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13 in the Fred M. Rogers Center on the campus of Saint Vincent. Admission is free and open to the public.
Cronin has become known at Boston College as the “dating doctor,” because of a talk she developed on dating and relationships. She offers students a specific script for dating. Trained as a philosopher, she is writing a doctoral dissertation on moral reasoning in higher education. She is associate director of the college’s Lonergan Center, a fellow at Boston College’s Center for Student Formation and a teacher in the Perspectives Program, an interdisciplinary program in the natural sciences and the humanities.
